Artist's Note

This is a direct manga panel study, replicating the sequential storytelling of My Hero Academia. The drawing is really about visual pacing, dialogue placement and getting each character's distinct personality onto the same page. Moving from Deku's determined expression up top down to Bakugo's volatile scowl and Todoroki's cool intensity meant balancing crisp inked outlines against subtle tone gradients the whole way through.
