Goku

Artist's Note

This one's an exercise in pure power, muscle anatomy and dramatic line weight, all in blue pen. Inspired by Goku pushing past his limits, I spent most of the time on deep, shadowed chiseling across the chest, core and arms to give the figure some real mass. The vertical aura lines cutting through the silhouette are what give it that sense of raw energy surging off the page.
